Learning Objectives:

  1. Support efforts to demonstrate the value of their CHC to key stakeholders.
  2. Assure readiness for Operational Site Visits.
  3. Practice and promote positive management in their daily work.

 

Learning Track will include:

  1. Two VIRTUAL Management Workshops
  2. Attendance at two Management Webinars
  3. Self-directed learning in the CHCU Learning Community.
  4. Strategic coaching calls with CHCU instructors and staff (upon request).
